Our Founders
Eng - Mohamed Khalil
Chairman and Co-Founder
The Chairman of the Board has over thirty years of experience in the fields of water, sewage, and desalination, bringing a wealth of knowledge to Blue Diamond Company. He has held senior positions, including General Manager of Desalination at the Water and Sewage Company in several major Egyptian governorates, such as the Red Sea and Matrouh. Internationally, he served as the Operations and Maintenance Manager in Muscat, Oman, where he oversaw critical infrastructure. He also managed projects at a global company specializing in ultrafiltration systems and served as a project manager at a leading German pump manufacturer Company.
Eng - Mina issa
CEO & Co-Founder
He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering, and our CEO has over 13 years of experience in the fields of maintenance, water desalination, sewage, and water treatment. He previously held the position of Maintenance Manager (Mechanical and Electrical) for the Mobile Networks Division at one of the leading multinational company, and Maintenance Manager for the Water Desalination Sector at the Matrouh Water and Sewage Company. As the CEO of Blue Diamond, he leads the company with a focus on operational excellence and sustainable water management solutions.
